Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids, gases, and other hazardous goods cannot be returned.
How the refund is handled.

Contact us first. If approved, we will issue a return authorization number.
Send the item back
Ship the return to the address provided by our team.
Inspection
We inspect the returned product to confirm it meets the policy conditions.
Refund to original payment method
Once approved, the refund is issued back to the original payment method.
Who pays to send it back.
Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility. The exception is when the return is caused by a defective product or an incorrect item sent by us.
Approval comes first
Before mailing anything back, contact our team for approval. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
After approval, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

We offer exchanges for size, color, or the same item, subject to stock availability.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period.
If the order is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without needing to provide a reason.
Returned items still need to be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and supported by proof of purchase.
