Originally introduced in 2010 to celebrate the Los Angeles legend’s last of 5 NBA championship titles, Nike reissues a new version of its model in tribute to the late Kobe Bryant.
The Nike Kobe 5 Protro (2020) 5 Rings features a blue leather upper enhanced by several yellow accents at the front of the pair. The model perfectly displays the Lakers
colors with this Concord/Midwest Gold
colorway. Multiple inscriptions of the number 5 appear on the model in various forms: cursive letters, Roman numerals, numbers… A midsole with a yellow and purple gradient as well as a white outsole complete the final details of this 2020 version.
