Shipping & Delivery
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We offer two shipping options for all US orders:
- Standard Shipping — $10.99 · Estimated delivery in 12–16 business days
- Express Shipping — $29.99 · Estimated delivery in 6–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. During peak seasons (holidays, major releases), delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
How long will it take to get my package?
After your order is placed, we need 2–7 business days to prepare and process your order before it ships. Once shipped, delivery depends on the shipping method you chose:
- Standard: 12–16 business days after shipment
- Express: 6–10 business days after shipment
Total time from order to delivery is typically 12–16 business days for Standard and 6–10 business days for Express.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States as well as select international regions including Europe, Canada, and Australia. Please review our checkout page for specific country availability.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to US military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can you ship to a PO Box address?
Some of our carriers (like FedEx) cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If your shipping address is a PO Box, we’ll ship your order via USPS instead, which may take slightly longer.
To avoid any potential delays, we recommend providing a residential or physical street address if possible.
Where are your orders shipped from?
We have facilities located in the US, Hong Kong, and China. Depending on the item you order and stock availability, your product will be shipped from the most appropriate warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Tracking Your Order
How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime using our Orders Tracking page. Simply enter your order number or tracking number to see the latest status.
You’ll also receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
My tracking shows “Information Received” and hasn’t updated. Is this normal?
Yes — this is completely normal. When tracking shows “Information Received,” it means the shipment is currently in the customs clearance process.
Once the package arrives at the local warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, the status will update to “In Transit”.
My tracking hasn’t updated in several days. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed during customs clearance or high-volume periods.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 7 business days, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number.
My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check around your property or ask neighbors. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
I placed my order but haven’t received a tracking number yet.
We need 2–7 business days to prepare and process orders. Once shipped, we’ll send the tracking number to your email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I change or modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept changes to your order once confirmed. Please double-check all details before purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be cancelled on the same day, within 6 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, email [email protected].
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
Confirmation emails are sent automatically. Please check your spam or junk folder. If missing, contact us and we'll resend it.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
We’ll reach out via email offering you to choose an alternative pair or receive a full refund.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. What can I do?
If not shipped, contact us immediately. If shipped, we can offer a discount to reorder the correct size.
Payment & Checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and all major Debit or Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
Is it safe to buy from Yes Sneakers?
Yes — your security is our priority. All payments are processed securely, and we never store your credit card details.
I can’t complete checkout or my payment keeps failing. What should I do?
Try disabling VPNs, using incognito mode, or switching browsers. If it persists, contact [email protected].
Do you offer any discounts or promo codes?
Yes! Check the banner at the top of our website for active offers and apply them at checkout.
Product & Authenticity
Are your sneakers authentic?
Our sneakers are crafted using the same high-quality materials and manufacturing processes as the originals, offering premium quality at a fraction of the retail price.
I received the wrong item, size, or color. What do I do?
Email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll take full responsibility and fix it.
How do your sneakers fit? Do you have a size guide?
Our sneakers generally follow standard US sizing. Please check the size chart on each product page.
What if my sneakers arrive damaged or have a quality issue?
Email us within 30 days with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or get a refund on my order?
Yes, eligible items can be returned within our designated return window, provided they are unworn, in original packaging, and have tags attached. Please contact us first for approval.
How long does a refund take to process?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
What is the returns policy time frame?
You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items reported damaged or incorrect must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
What if my order never arrives?
If a parcel has still not arrived after 60 days of delivery time, you may submit a full refund request according to our refund policy. Reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
