On the occasion of the competition Nike ” We Air » Organized by the American brand, independent creators have had the opportunity to reinvent emblematic models. One of the winners could present his own interpretation of the iconic design of Christian Tressler.

To make this Nike Air Max 97, Gwang Shin was inspired by the city of Seoul. More particularly light signs that flood the city of light in the evening. This model displays a black leather base, embellished with several colored ripples. They take up the tones of the national flag. In terms of details, there are two -color round laces, an oversize swoosh on the quarter panel, as well as the inscription “Seoul”Affixed on the branding of the tab and the interior soles.
