What's the order process?

After customer places the order, our factory starts to prepare the item. Then, it will be transfered to distribution center. When the product arrives, our quality check team will check the quality. If the quality is good, we will take the QC video for customer and ship it out. However, if there is any defect or flaws, we will return it to factory, and ask if customer can wait the new one. If can't, customer can cancel the order. If can, the factory will make a new one and we will repeat the steps we just mentioned

Monday to Saturday
New York: 10pm — 7am
California: 7pm — 4am
London: 3am — 12pm
Germany: 4am — 13pm
Hong Kong: 10am — 7pm
Australia: 12pm — 9pm
However, it doesn't mean we won't reply you at rest time. We will reply you at first time as long as we see your message.

How long can I get the product?

It depends on which shipping method you choose and the country of recipient.

Triangle Shipping

Trianlge shipping is the safest way, because it can help customer to avoid the customs tax as much as possible. The whole preparation and shipping time is usually around 9-19 days. This is because we need to ship out your package to a MIDDLE country firstly from China, and then your package will be delivered to your country from that MIDDLE country.

Direct Shipping

Direct Shipping is very fast, especially for shipping to U.S, but it takes much longer time on preparation part. The disadvantage of direct shipping is that customers are likely to pay customs duties, especially for shipping to Europe country, Canada and Mexico. If customers very mind this point, please don't choose this shipping method.

Normally no, because we will send the package as a gift,and declare it as low price, but it still will be happened like 1% that you need to pay duty. Please pay duty on your side if this happened.

PS:Right now, Europe country's Customs Dep. usually charges the import tax, expecially for Autria, Itally and France
