Long-delay refund requests
If a parcel has still not arrived after 60 days of delivery time, customers may submit a full refund request according to our refund policy.

If tracking information is not visible yet, it usually means the carrier has not completed the first scan. Tracking updates will appear once the package is entered into the system.

Wrong or missing address details
If we detect incomplete or incorrect information, we may need to contact you for corrections, which can delay shipment.
Returned orders
If an order is returned because the shipping address was entered incorrectly, a re-shipping fee may apply to send it again.
Carrier redirect requests
If you ask the final-mile carrier to redirect or forward the parcel after it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused during that change.
